In its decade of existence, this space once located at Masaryk 407 was recognized six times as one of the best restaurants in the world by The World’s 50 Best Restaurants list for it’s a newfangled concept of “gatxupa cuisine”, a blend and a match of basque and Mexican cuisines.

On December 23th, 2017, Biko closed its doors indefinitely to give a step into transformation.

This new evolutionary stage represents for Biko’s members, a moment to create a new identity that will show, in the future, the engagement that keeps with its diners, the cuisine and with Mexico.

Both restaurants are capable of delighting the most exclusive palate, bringing together a great team, excellent ingredients, techniques, and of course the talent of Mikel Alonso and Gerard Bellver.
